Sling Latino, an OTT streaming service catering to the Spanish-speaking and bilingual community, has been launched by Sling TV.
Viewers now have choices between two basic packages: Paquete Total, which offers 22 linear channels for $12 a month (including Univision, Galavision and BabyTV), and Paquete Esencial, which offers 16 linear channels for $7 monthly (including Azteca, Cinelatino and Univision Tlnovelas).
Each package offers consumers live and on-demand content ranging from sports and entertainment to movies and family programming.
In addition to Paquete Total and Paquete Esencial, Sling Latino is offering two more packages featuring channels from Colombia ($7 monthly) and Spain ($7 monthly.) Both are available as a stand-alone pack or an add on. Sling Latino will also offer viewers the ability to combine Spanish language services with Sling TV’s Best Of Live TV English into one user experience as well as an on-demand library and three-day replay on select channels.
