Viacom-owned Epix’s agreement to license thousands of products to Amazon’s Prime Instant Video has been extended.
New releases, classic library titles and original programs for Prime Instant Video including movies from Epix studio partners Paramount Pictures, Lionsgate and MGM Pictures are included in the deal, covering such recent releases as Transformers: Age Of Extinction, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Interstellar.
The deal also includes classic film franchises as James Bond, Star Trek and Rocky.
Amazon and Epix first struck the non-exclusive deal in 2012.
