BabyCenter looks to up its video game with new hire

Executive producer Lora Ma-Fukuda will be tasked with creating a new video and interactive content strategy for the parenting site.

Lora Ma-Fukuda, former executive producer of, the George Lucas Educational Foundation website, is the new executive producer of the digital video content team at BabyCenter, a pregnancy and parenting website owned by Johnson & Johnson.

BabyCenter SVP and global editor in chief Linda Murray said that Ma-Fukuda will be tasked with creating a video and interactive content strategy for the site, with the goal of increasing opportunities for advertisers. 

“With the explosion of video as a digital information format for millennial moms, we’re certain that Lora’s talents and expertise will take BabyCenter’s interactive programming to the next level,” said Murray in a statement.
