Scripps Networks International’s online lifestyle channel Ulive has launched 3 new series and renewed 2 others.

Starting Tuesday, Fit Nonstop, 5 Minute Relaxation Anywhere, and Dear Buddha (pictured) are debuting on the network.  The target demo for all shows is women age 25 to 39, and all episodes are short-form, ranging in length from 3 to 5 minutes.

  • In Dear Buddha, comedian Carey Reilly explores non-traditional roads to wellness, like sound therapy, equine therapy and reiki (4 episodes).
  • 5 Minute Relaxation Anywhere features fitness guru Natasha Lloyd as she helps viewers chillax, as the title promises, anywhere, anytime (5 episodes).
  • In Fit Nonstop, SoulCycle instructor and YouTuber Kym Perfetto shows viewers how to adopt her no-BS approach to fitness, no gym required (4 episodes).

Ulive has also renewed EstheKitchen with esthetician Jessica Bartley, who teaches about natural beauty products and skincare treatments, and Sick Kitchens with Nadia G where the host helps families in need of a kitchen makeover.
