Charlotte Koh has departed from her post as head of content development at Hulu Originals, the company confirmed Wednesday. The move comes on the heels of the announcement late last month that Hulu had named former Warner Horizon Television EVP Craig Erwich as its new SVP and head of content. Erwich assumed his post on Monday.

Joining Hulu in January 2011, Koh led the digital platform’s expansion into production of original series, including Deadbeat, which debuted on Monday, and Seth Meyers’ animated series The Awesomes, which launches its second season this summer. She oversaw in-house productions from start to finish, including project selection, creative development, principal photography, post-production and marketing.

In January, Koh unveiled a 2014 programming slate that included second seasons of the Hulu originals Quick Draw and East Los High and new shows including the reality spoof The Hotwives of Orlando.

Hulu recently scored its first Emmy nomination for the docuseries Behind the Mask, which is up for the Outstanding New Approach honor in the upcoming Sports Emmy Awards.

Earlier in her career, Koh served as a business development exec at Marvel Studios and Future Films USA.

In a statement, a Hulu spokesperson thanked Koh for her contributions but said the company was not commenting further on the departure.
